GAME OVERVIEW

Gift Collector [ギフトコレクター] is this really creepy New Year’s game, like, you play in first-person, and it’s all Japanese and… yeah, it’s a walking simulator kinda thing.

So, like, every year when winter hits, you start getting all these letters. Tons of them. And, uh, they’re from kids, and they’re like full of hope, asking for miracles, y’know? Some of the stories and wishes are super weird, and now you’ve gotta make all those wishes come true.

It’s New Year’s Eve, and apparently, all the dreams come true, no matter if you’ve been good or bad. So, kids who’ve been really good AND the ones who’ve, like, done bad stuff… they all get presents. And guess what? You get to be Santa. Clueless Crew

You have to go collect the gifts the kids asked for and, like, deliver them that night. But, uh, you gotta do it really fast and quiet so you don’t wake anyone up. The game has this creepy style and some pretty cool 3D sounds, so it really makes you feel… uh… yeah. It’s a lot.
