GAME OVERVIEW
Greed Stays Home is like this first-person horror game where you’re just walking around, exploring, and trying to figure out this crazy story. It’s super atmospheric, like, you feel the tension building and everything’s so quiet and creepy, and then—bam—there’s a jump scare. It’s not a super long game, though, you can finish it in about an hour… but trust me, it’ll feel way longer with how freaked out you’ll get.
You play as this historian and treasure hunter who’s been obsessed with, like, lost paintings, stolen gold, and jewels since you were a kid. But so far, all you’ve found are a few old coins and junk you could barely sell at an antique shop.
Lately, you have been digging into the history of this rich family from the late 1800s. They lost a ton of money from a robbery, and, like, their whole world fell apart after that. Perennial Order
People blamed bad luck and even accused family members of stealing, but what caught your attention was all the weird stuff happening in this nearby workers’ village. People disappeared, bad stuff happened, and now the place is empty.
You have been out there for days, checking out abandoned houses. The few people left just stare at you like you’re crazy, but no one’s bothered you. It’s like they don’t even care that you’re snooping around, looking for something valuable.
You’re just hoping that this time, maybe, you’ll find something real… or maybe you’ll just end up with another creepy story. But, hey, you keep telling yourself it’s all worth it. Even though… this whole thing? Yeah, it is giving me serious bad vibes.
