GAME OVERVIEW
A long time ago, this huge, terrifying monster just kinda rose outta the ocean, and it… it basically covered everything with this poisonous fog. It’s like it smothered the world, taking away all the life and light. And that’s when everything went from bad to worse, like, this whole new era of misery started.
Now, it’s been centuries. The places that were once full of life, with big crowds and bright lights, are now just… ruins. Empty. And if you’re unlucky, if you’re considered a problem, you get thrown into this terrifying pit called the Great Well. Nobody knows why, but it’s full of sickness and madness.
So, you wake up in this creepy, dark underground place, all alone, with only one tiny hope: the Old One, who’s asleep way, way down below. But… between you and that hope? There is a ton of dangers. A ton. Sketchy’s Contract
And the guy behind all this? Akuma Kira. Yeah, that guy. He is known for making the creepiest most twisted stuff. This game, Lunacid, is like a throwback to the old-school ARPGs. You know, the kind of games that were all about the crazy design and big, confusing dungeons, like the King’s Field series.
It was basically Dark Souls before Dark Souls even existed. Since the big companies don’t really do this anymore, all the cool, weird stuff has been left up to indie devs. And, uh, honestly? That’s probably for the best, because weird stuff is kinda their thing.
Lunacid’s world is full of surprises. There are hidden magics, secret spots, and tons of stuff that’ll make you go, “Wait, what?!” It’s not just the usual hidden chest in a random room, either. Whole new areas are just waiting for someone brave enough (or stupid enough) to find them.
